名称	Ethamsylate
描述	Ethamsylate (Dicynene) usually is used as a hemostatic drug, which increases capillary endothelial resistance and platelet adhesion, and inhibits biosynthesis and action of prostaglandins.
体外活性	Ethamsylate通过抑制血栓烷A2和前列环素的生物合成,降低脑室内出血的效应.Ethamsylate大鼠口服剂量>25 mg/kg ,能够抑制角叉菜胶诱导的足肿胀.兔全身或口服Ethamsylate时,能够缩短其平均出血时间.Ethamsylate静脉给药的剂量>5 mg/kg,可缩短一半的出血时间.注射后5分钟开始发挥效应,在注射后30 分钟和4小时之间达到效应最大值,6小时后效应消失.口服10 mg/kg Ethamsylate时,也能够出现相似的最大效应.
体内活性	高浓度Ethamsylate能够除去超氧自由基。在Ethamsylate的作用下,花生四烯酸,血栓素A2,胶原蛋白,和钙离子载体A23187会促进诱导人血小板发生聚集并引起ATP的释放。Ethamsylate在其IC50 为0.5 mM时,能够抑制孕妇子宫肌层微粒体中的前列腺素的产生。 Ethamsylate在浓度为0.1–10 μM时,能够高效地抑制hydroxyl radicals (OH.)。
