描述	Loteprednol etabonate (Lotemax) is an ophthalmic analog of the corticosteroid prednisolone with anti-inflammatory activity.
体外活性	Loteprednol etabonate(17beta-ester）具有代谢易变功能,可在全身循环中迅速失活。Loteprednol etabonate 的结合亲和力是Dexamethasone acetate的 4.3 倍,两种化合物的希尔系数都接近 1,而 PJ90 和 PJ91 与受体没有任何亲和力。[1]
