名称Merbromin
描述Merbromin (Mercury dibromofluorescein disodium salt) is an organomercuric disodium salt compound and a fluorescein, used as a topical antiseptic for minor cuts and scrapes.
体外活性使用方法 一、组织样本准备：组织样本固定后用,切成 0.2 cm 和 0.3 cm 大小的块。 二、组织染色：Merbromin 以 1:10 的浓度稀释,取稀释后的染料用于组织标记( 1 滴染料,等待 3 秒）。
存储条件keep away from direct sunlight | Powder: -20°C for 3 years | In solvent: -80°C for 1 year | Shipping with blue ice/Shipping at ambient temperature.
溶解度DMSO : 25 mg/mL (33.3 mM), Sonication is recommended.
