名称	Evans blue
描述	Evans blue (C.I. 23860) is an azo dye, inhibits L-glutamate uptake via the membrane-bound excitatory amino acid transporter (EAAT).
体外活性	Evans Blue 在低浓度100 μM[1]时,能够抑制NF-κB的DNA结合活性。Evans Blue 是一种用于显微镜下细胞死亡的染料[2]。Evans Blue 是阿尔法-氨基-3-羟基-5-甲基异恶唑/卡因酸受体亚型的特定阻断剂(IC50=355 nM）,影响GluR1,2亚单位发挥作用[5]。Evans Blue 是已知的对ENaC δ-亚单位具有特异性的拮抗剂,并且能激活绵羊膀胱肌细胞和人脐静脉内皮细胞培养的Ca2+-激活K+通道[5]。
体内活性	Evans blue 预处理可抑制肥大细胞的脱颗粒作用,这可能是其预防动物因C48/80触发的过敏反应和全身性炎症的主要机制[4]。Evans blue 在大鼠丘脑神经元中调节非N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体,阻断大鼠输精管中的P2X-嘌呤受体,抑制大鼠脑突触囊泡中的谷氨酸转运体[6]。
