名称	Decamethonium bromide
描述	Decamethonium bromide (Syncurine) is a neuromuscular blocker and nicotinic AChR partial agonist.
体内活性	在运动神经肌肉终板,Decamethonium引起去极化,防止从突触前末梢正常释放的乙酰胆碱进一步作用,从而防止神经刺激影响肌肉。在结合过程中,Decamethonium实际上会激活(去极化)运动终板,但其本身不降解,故细胞膜仍然去极化,并对正常的乙酰胆碱释放无反应。作为一种去极化肌肉松弛剂或神经肌肉阻滞剂,Decamethonium被用于麻醉以诱导麻痹。其作用时间短,与乙酰胆碱类似,作为烟碱样乙酰胆碱受体的部分激动剂发挥作用。
