描述	BODIPYFL C12 is a BODIPY dye, a small molecule dye with strong ultraviolet absorption ability, a sharp fluorescence peak, and high quantum yield. It is relatively insensitive to environmental polarity and pH and remains stable under different physiological conditions. Due to its structural asymmetry, BODIPY derivatives exhibit various structural products. BODIPY lipid droplet dyes effectively penetrate cell membranes, localize polar lipids, and specifically stain lipid droplets, making them suitable for labeling live and fixed cells [1]. Maximum excitation/emission wavelength: 480/508 nm [1].
体外活性	BODIPYFL C12 使用方法：1. 储存液配制：用 382 μL 无水 DMSO 稀释 1 mg BODIPYFL C12 配制 10 mM 储备液(-20℃ 或 -80℃ 避光保存）。2. 工作液配制：用预热好的无血清细胞培养基或 PBS 稀释储存液成 1-10 μM 工作液,并根据实际情况调整浓度,现用现配。3. 细胞染色(悬浮细胞）：(1) 离心收集细胞(1×10^6 /mL）,用 PBS 洗涤两次,每次 5 min。(2) 加入 1 mL 工作液,室温孵育 5-30 min。(3) 400 g 离心 3-4 min,弃去上清。(4) 用 PBS 洗涤细胞两次,每次 5 min。(5) 用 1 mL 无血清培养基或 PBS 重悬细胞,用荧光显微镜或流式细胞仪观察。4. 细胞染色(贴壁细胞）：(1) 将贴壁细胞培养于无菌盖玻片上。(2) 吸除多余培养基。(3) 加入 100 μL 工作液,轻轻晃动覆盖细胞,孵育 5-30 min。(4) 吸去工作液,用培养基洗 2-3 次,每次 5 min,用荧光显微镜或流式细胞仪观察。保存条件：-20℃ 避光保存一年。注意事项：(1）调整 BODIPYFL C12 工作液浓度和孵育时间。(2）实验建议进行阳性对照。(3）仅限于专业人员的科研,不得用于临床诊断、治疗、食品或药品。(4）操作时穿实验服和戴一次性手套。
