In human intestinal Caco-2 cells, BODIPY FL-C16 extensively colocalises with mitochondria, the endoplasmic reticulum/Golgi apparatus, and L-FABP. BODIPY FL is a green fluorescent dye with excitation/emission wavelengths of 505/515 nm. |
