| 体外活性 | Tat-beclin 1 acetate(10 μM；感染后2-4小时）在小鼠源性骨髓衍生的巨噬细胞(BMDMs）中减少了L. monocytogenes的细胞内存活[1]。Tat-beclin 1 acetate(10、30、50 μM；24小时）促进自噬,并导致p62(一种选择性自噬底物）的剂量依赖性减少,以及LC3非脂质化形式,LC3-I,向脂质化的、与自噬体相关的LC3形式,LC3-II的剂量依赖性转化,在多种细胞系和小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞(MEFs）中均有观察到此效应[1]。 |
| 体内活性 | Tat-beclin 1 acetate 能降低感染基孔肯亚病毒(CHIKV)或西尼罗病毒(WNV)的小鼠死亡率。当以15 mg/kg剂量通过腹腔注射给成年小鼠和新生小鼠的中枢神经系统时,Tat-beclin 1 acetate能诱导周围组织及新生小鼠中枢神经系统的自噬作用[1]。 |
