名称Hexa-D-arginine
描述Hexa-D-arginine is an inhibitor of furin,blocks the activation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exotoxin A in vivo.
体内活性该小型稳定的furin抑制剂hexa-D-arginine酰胺有效阻断了PEA诱导的细胞溶解,并且本身不具有细胞毒性。向PEA处理的小鼠投给hexa-D-arginine显著提高了它们的存活率,同时也减少了循环中肿瘤坏死因子α的水平[1]。
存储条件keep away from moisture | Powder: -20°C for 3 years | In solvent: -80°C for 1 year | Shipping with blue ice/Shipping at ambient temperature.
溶解度H2O : 50 mg/mL (52.4 mM), Sonication is recommended.
